What You’ll Do
- Lead a High-Performing Team: coach and develop our technicians, advisors, and support staff to ensure top-tier service.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Solve problems, provide expert solutions, and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Overseeing the profitability and efficiency of our Parts, Rental, and Service divisions.
- Optimize Operations Oversee scheduling, workflow, invoicing, and departmental performance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence – Uphold safety standards, drive accountability, and inspire a winning mindset.
- Proven Leadership Experience – Ideally 5+ years in a lead role in sales, service, or operations, along with a passion for coaching and developing high performing, customer focused teams.
- Customer-First Mindset – You understand that every interaction shapes the customer experience and come with a background of proven success.
- Strong Sales & Business Acumen – You know how to sell solutions, manage a team, and drive results, along with experience in managing business finances.

Transport and Yard Services Personnel
Bobcat of Central Manitoba - Winnipeg Location
Duron Equipment is about serving and supporting our customer. Our goal is to help them with their heavy lifting, by providing a solution that meets their needs.
We are looking to hire a Transport and Yard Service member to our Rental team in our Winnipeg Branch
This position involves:
Transportation of machinery
Receive and ship equipment
Organization of equipment on the yard and in the building
General yard maintenance
Variety of work both indoors and outdoors
The requirements for this position include a valid class 3 (with Air) driver license, experience with operating a variety of construction equipment, and the ability to work alone or part of a team.
This is a full-time position with an extensive employment package including: competitive wage, bonus and advancement opportunities, in-house and factory training, comprehensive benefit package and the opportunity to participate in a company pension plan.
Service Technician/Diesel Engine Mechanic

Duron Equipment Inc has an immediate opening for Service Technician / Diesel Engine Mechanics in all Duron locations. We are paying top industry wages for top performance and experience. Technicians at Duron are expected to provide accurate diagnosis and quality repairs to a variety of construction/compact equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the field and have a Red Seal designation in Diesel Engine Mechanics, Agriculture Equipment Technician, or Truck & Transport Mechanics. Consideration will also be given to those with applicable apprenticeship training or years of experience in the field.
This is a full-time position with a complete employment package including: competitive wage, bonus, advancement, and overtime opportunities; in-house and factory training, comprehensive benefit package and the opportunity to participate in a company RSP plan.
